1. Earnings Disclaimer
WE DO NOT PROMISE ANY INCOME FROM THE TECHNIQUES AND IDEAS IN THESE MATERIALS.
Any examples are illustrative only. They are not a promise of earnings. What you earn, if anything, depends entirely on the person using our products, ideas and techniques.
Day1Dollar is an educational product that teaches affiliate marketing using social media. We make no representation that you will make any specific amount, or any money at all. Most people who buy courses about earning online get little or no results. This is most likely when they do not apply what they learn.
Your results will vary and depend on many factors, including but not limited to:
- Your background, skills, and experience
- Your dedication, consistency, and work ethic
- The size and engagement of your audience or network
- The products you choose to promote
- Market conditions and competition
- Factors outside of our or your control
We believe in transparency: success in affiliate marketing takes real effort and persistence, and nothing is certain. By purchasing, you accept that any business activity carries risk, including the risk of earning no income. This disclaimer covers every product we sell, including any add-on.
2. No Guarantees
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET RESULTS OR EARN ANY MONEY. THIS IS TRUE FOR ALL OUR IDEAS, INFORMATION, TOOLS AND STRATEGIES.
Nothing on our websites, in our emails or in our materials promises results or future earnings. We do not offer any legal, medical, tax, financial, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making business or financial decisions.
You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results. This applies whenever you use our websites or buy our products. You agree never to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results.
Forward-Looking Statements
Any forward-looking statements outline our expectations and are not promises of performance. They are uncertain by nature. If you rely on any figures or examples, you do so at your own risk. Your results may be very different.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
In line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, we are open about our relationships with the products and services we mention.
Some links on our websites and in our emails are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Next to each of these links we say so in a plain sentence. Our emails may also include offers from other companies, and some of those links pay us a commission.
We only mention products and services we believe are useful. We cannot promise the quality or results of any third-party product.
When you promote affiliate products yourself: U.S. law requires you to clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationships. Always include a clear disclosure when you share affiliate links on social media or in any marketing message. For example, use "#ad" or a plain sentence saying you earn a commission. Our materials include simple disclosure examples to help you comply.
4. Results & Testimonial Disclaimer
We do not currently display customer testimonials, screenshots of income, or user-result claims on our websites. If we add any in the future, they will come from real customers who used the product and gave permission. They will not be typical. They will not mean that you will get the same or similar results.
Any figures, scenarios, or examples in our products are provided to illustrate concepts and the mechanics of affiliate marketing. They are not typical and not a promise of your results. Do not rely on them as a prediction of income.
5. JVZoo Retailer & Trademark Notice
JVZoo is the retailer of the products featured on our websites. JVZoo® is a registered trademark of BBC Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation located at 1809 E. Broadway Street, Suite 125, Oviedo, FL 32765, USA, and is used with permission.

Optional Add-Ons
At checkout and right after it, we may offer optional add-ons. At checkout, an add-on is a box you choose to tick. Right after checkout, if you add one with a single click, JVZoo charges the payment method you just used. You do not enter your card again. You never need an add-on to use what you already bought. Each add-on has the same 10-day money-back guarantee.

7. Privacy Policy
Open Channel Media, LLC runs the Day1Dollar websites: www.day1dollar.com and day1dollarplan.com. On day1dollarplan.com you can sign up for our emails. This Privacy Policy covers both websites and our emails. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and your choices.
Information We Collect
- When you join our email list: your email address. We also keep a record of your consent. It holds the time, your IP address and the version of the consent wording you saw.
- When you visit our pages: a random visitor ID kept in the
d1d_fidcookie (see Cookies below). We record the pages you view, how long you stay and how far you scroll. We note whether you click or tap and which email or link brought you. We also note your country and the network of your internet provider. We log your IP address, and we blank IP addresses in these visit logs after 30 days. - When you buy: JVZoo and its payment processor, Stripe with JVZooPay, take your payment, and we never see your full card details. JVZoo shares your order details with us. These are your email address, what you bought, the amount and the order number. If an affiliate referred you, JVZoo tells us which one. JVZoo also adds your name and email address to our buyers email list.
- When you email us: your email address and what you write.
- On our affiliates page: the link builder keeps the affiliate ID you type in your own browser. It is not sent to us.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver what you bought, and the plan you asked for
- To send our emails, if you joined our list
- To see which emails, links and pages work, so we can improve them
- To keep out bots, fraud and abuse
- To answer support questions and process refunds
- To meet our legal duties
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run Day1Dollar, and as the law requires:
- JVZoo and its payment processor, Stripe with JVZooPay: checkout, payments, refunds and affiliate tracking.
- GetResponse: our email service. It stores your email address and sends our emails.
- ClickMagick: our tracking service. Its scripts and cookies on our pages and links record visits, clicks and sales.
- Cloudflare: runs our server code and database, and provides Turnstile, which checks that sign-ups come from people, not bots. Turnstile is covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Hostinger: hosts our web pages.
- Google Fonts: our pages load their fonts from Google, so your browser connects to Google's servers.
Your Email Choices
